Payment is required to reserve your spot.
  • If you are registered for a class but have not yet paid, your spot is not guaranteed and may be released if the class is nearing capacity to allow space for participants who have paid.

All class registrations are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time, OR no-shows without written notice, are not eligible for credit, refund, or transfer. If you cancel before the 12-hour cutoff, your class credit will be returned to your account and may be used to book a future class, subject to availability. 
  • All returned credits must be used within the original expiration period based on date of purchase (single class: 45 days, 5-class pack: 60 days, 10-class pack: 90 days). Expiration dates do not reset after cancellation.

PRIVATE EVENTS

Refunds & Cancellations

All private event bookings require a deposit to secure. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to eligible rescheduled events as detailed below.  Notice must be provided in writing (email or text). 

Cancellation
  • 11+ days prior — No cancellation fee; deposit is forfeited but no additional balance is due
  • 6–10 days prior — 50% of the total event fee is due
  • 3–5 business days prior —75% of the total event fee is due
  • 48 hours or less (incl. No Shows) — 100% of the total event fee is due

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to date availability and the rescheduled event must take place within 60 days of the original event date.
  • 11+ days prior — No reschedule fee
  • 6–10 days prior — $25 reschedule fee
  • 5 days or fewer — $50 reschedule fee
