All class registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your paid registration may be transferred to a future class within 45 days of the original class date only if you provide written notice (email or text message) at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.

Requests made within 24 hours of the class start time — or no-shows without written notice — are not eligible for credit, refund, or transfer.

PRIVATE EVENTS

Refunds & Cancellations

All private event bookings require a deposit to secure. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to eligible rescheduled events as detailed below.  Notice must be provided in writing (email or text). 

Cancellation
  • 11+ days prior — No cancellation fee; deposit is forfeited but no additional balance is due
  • 6–10 days prior — 50% of the total event fee is due
  • 3–5 business days prior —75% of the total event fee is due
  • 48 hours or less (incl. No Shows) — 100% of the total event fee is due

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to date availability and the rescheduled event must take place within 60 days of the original event date.
  • 11+ days prior — No reschedule fee
  • 6–10 days prior — $25 reschedule fee
  • 5 days or fewer — $50 reschedule fee
