I’ve been moving to music for as long as I can remember, starting with my very first dance class at age three. Growing up in southwest Michigan,
I trained in jazz, ballet, contemporary, acro... and fell
head-over-sneakers for hip hop.
Over the years, dance led me to performing on many incredible stages — but some of my proudest moments came later, as a teacher and choreographer.
Since 2012, I've had the honor of leading my dancers to special opportunities: creating pieces for Carnival cruises, Globetrotter halftime shows, classes with the Rockettes, and countless showcases and competitions.
Somewhere along the way, I noticed a gap in the dance world. Once you turn 18 or graduate college, it’s like the music fades — the opportunities to perform, grow, and be part of a dance community shrink.
It should not have to be that way.
My solution? Full Out Movement: a space where anyone, at any age, can move boldly, feel empowered, and connect with a community that lifts them up. Whether you’re returning to dance after years away, stepping into your very first class, or chasing that next level of skill, this is your place to take up space,
own your power, and dance full out.
